Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing Adobe Campaign Management, focusing on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Journey and Campaign, AEP Developer, and Adobe Real-Time CDP. Your expertise in these areas will be crucial in driving the success of marketing campaigns and customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) data architecture. - Experience with Adobe Developer Console and connector configurations. - Strong understanding of data governance, identity resolution, and merge policies. - Familiarity with API validation and sandbox environment management. - Strong experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC). - Expertise in multi-channel orchestration and personalization. - Knowledge of journey lifecycle, event setup, and business rule configuration. - Familiarity with campaign performance tracking and reporting tools. - 5+ years of experience implementing and managing Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) solutions. - Hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Data Model (XDM) design and implementation. - Data ingestion methods and dataset configuration. - Identity stitching and Customer Profile unification. - Proficient in Adobe Query Service (AEP SQL), JSON, SQL, JavaScript. - Data governance frameworks (consent management, privacy controls). - Integration experience with Adobe solutions (Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target) and third-party systems (via REST APIs). - Adobe Real-Time CDP configuration and administration. - Adobe Experience Data Model (XDM) schema creation. - Data ingestion and dataset management. - Identity Graph and Identity Stitching configuration.
