Adobe Campaign Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Support Adobe Campaign post-implementation, providing guidance and ongoing support to CRM Ops and Digital teams on journey build, journey management, campaign build and deployment.
• Create and manage tickets for Adobe Customer Care resolution.
• Understand the T-Mobile data specifications and ensure all data is available for Campaign development and deployment; support in the configuration activities & ETL processes.
• Provide expertise in ACv8 to complete a successful deployment for P360, AAL and Accessories campaigns.
• Identify and address gaps for the proposed solutions to ensure the desired objectives and requirements are met.
• Provide recommendations and a roadmap for best practices/optimizations and dependencies for Adobe Campaign.
• Identify, mitigate, and prevent technical debt. Working closely with development teams to ensure that software solutions are built with long-term sustainability, maintainability, and scalability

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Working experience on journey build, journey management, campaign build and deployment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience working and managing stakeholder relationships.
