To support this growth, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview

As an Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, cross-department coordination, partner support, and process optimisation. This role suits individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at organising workflows and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage daily operational processes across departments such as Admissions, Partnerships, Finance, and Marketing.
  • Track timelines, project milestones, tasks, and deliverables while identifying risks or delays early.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify workflow gaps and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate data, trackers, reports, and documentation for all ongoing projects and operational activities.
  • Provide logistical support for student events, university visits, webinars, and partner engagements.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders—including universities and recruitment partners—to support ongoing initiatives.
  • Handle administrative duties and office coordination tasks to ensure smooth operational functioning.

Key Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in operations, coordination, or event management (freshers with strong interest and skills may also apply; education industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in international education and process-driven roles.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
