Admissions & Marketing Manager

Role Overview:
Responsible for increasing admissions by meeting play way schools, tuition centres, and parents; managing tele caller and survey teams; and ensuring smooth end-to-end admission processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit play way schools, day care centres, and tuition centres for outreach and partnerships.
• Meet and counsel parents regarding school admissions.
• Lead and supervise tele callers and field/survey teams.
• Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions using MIS/CRM.
• Achieve monthly admission targets and prepare basic reports.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduation
• 2–5 years experience in admissions, counselling, or education outreach.
• Strong communication & presentation skills.
• Team handling experience.
• Willingness for field visits.
