TGC Dehradun is looking for an Admission Counselor to handle student enquiries and support the admission process at the centre.

Responsibilities

• Handle walk-ins, phone calls and online enquiries from students.
• Provide correct information about courses, fees, schedules and admission steps.
• Maintain enquiry records and update follow-ups in the system.
• Assist students with form filling and document submission.
• Coordinate with the academic and admin team for admission-related tasks.
• Follow the admission process and meet basic monthly targets.
• Participate in occasional outreach or information sessions if required.

Required Skills

• Clear communication skills.
• Basic counselling ability.
• Good organisation and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Education & Experience

• Graduate in any stream.
• Experience in counselling or customer-handling roles is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
