As an Admission Coordinator at SLIS Curious Cubs Preschool, your role will involve handling admission enquiries, interacting with parents, promoting the preschool, and ensuring a seamless admission process. You will need to be confident, fluent in English, and possess excellent communication, marketing, and administrative skills, along with creativity and enthusiasm for working in an early years environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle all admission enquiries, meet and communicate with parents, and convert leads into admissions. - Clearly explain the curriculum, philosophy, and activities of the preschool. - Follow up with potential parents, maintain enquiry and admission records efficiently. - Oversee front-desk and administrative operations for smooth day-to-day functioning. - Bring innovative marketing ideas to promote admissions and increase visibility. - Utilize social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) for promotional activities. - Capture photos and videos for social media content, events, and classroom highlights. - Address and resolve parent queries professionally and empathetically. - Collaborate with school management and staff to ensure a seamless admission experience. **Skills & Qualifications:** - Excellent English communication and presentation skills (spoken and written). - Strong marketing and interpersonal abilities. - Pleasant, confident, and approachable personality. - Basic understanding of social media marketing and content creation. - Ability to multitask and manage administrative work efficiently. - Creative thinking with a flair for innovative marketing approaches. - Prior experience in a preschool or school admission department will be an added advantage. In this role, you will be required to have a graduate degree in any stream, with a preference for backgrounds in Education, Marketing, or Communication.
