Reporting To: Mentorship Lead / Senior Operations Manager

Probation: 3 months, with KRAs assigned from Day 1
? Student Counseling: Conduct needs analysis, personalize overseas education pathways, and provide guidance on course/university choices based on qualifications and goals.
? Application & Documentation:Guide students in preparing, reviewing, and submitting all documents (SOPs, CVs, LORs) according to university requirements. Ensure timely, accurate submissions.
? Follow-up & Student Satisfaction:Ensure proactive check-ins, address queries, provide motivation during critical application stages, and maintain high-touch communication throughout the journey.
? CRM & Data Management:Maintain all student communication, logs, and progress updates in the company CRM on a daily basis, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
? Event Coordination:Support and participate in student webinars, information sessions, and onboarding events.
? Continuous Service Improvement:Gather feedback, suggest process enhancements, and contribute to ongoing quality improvements.
? 95%+ response SLA to student queries (within 24 business hours)
? 100% timely CRM data entry and document upload for assigned students
? Achieve set weekly touchpoint volume and monthly application submissions (benchmarked at onboarding)
? Maintain high student satisfaction: CSAT ? 4/5 or NPS ? +20
? 100% compliance for critical escalations (logged and resolved per company SLA)
? Probation Stipend: ?10,00015,000/month (determined by assessment/interview performance)
? Post-confirmation CTC: ?4,00,000 per annum, plus monthly/quarterly performance incentives
