Job Description

Z1 Study Abroad is seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Admission Counselor with hands-on experience in handling UK/US university applications, visa processing, and student counselling. The ideal candidate will guide students through the complete admission journey – from initial enquiry to successful visa approval – ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students on study opportunities in the UK and USA, including courses, universities, and admission requirements.
• Assist students in preparing and submitting university applications within deadlines.
• Provide end-to-end support for visa documentation and application filing.
• Guide students in drafting SOPs, LORs, and other required documents.
• Maintain strong knowledge of admission guidelines, entry requirements, and visa regulations for UK/US.
• Handle student queries via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Achieve monthly student enrollment and visa success targets.
• Maintain accurate student records in CRM/management systems.
• Represent Z1 Study Abroad at seminars, events, and promotional activities when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in UK/US admissions, visa filing, and student counselling.
• Strong knowledge of UK/US universities, courses, and visa regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Positive attitude, student-first approach, and target-oriented mindset.
