Admission Counselor - Tele sales

Position: Tele Sales Officer – Educational Industry

Location: Santosh Nagar, Hyderabad

Work Week: 5 days (Mon-Fri)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and confident Tele Sales Officer with excellent communication skills to promote our educational courses, engage with prospective students, and support overall enrollment growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to introduce and promote educational programs and courses.
• Handle inbound inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information about courses, fees, and admission processes.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and enrollment conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Follow call scripts and communication guidelines to maintain professionalism and brand consistency.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and market insights to improve sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in tele-sales, preferably in education or related services.
• Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM systems.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales and enrollment goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
