Admission Counselor Godhra

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Admission Counselor to join our team at Podar Education Network. This junior-level position is based in Godhra, and is offered on a contract basis (yearly renewal as per management decision). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 4 years of work experience in a similar role. This role requires excellent marketing and social media advertising skills, along with a strong commitment to the values of Podar Education Network.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role with a maximum of 4 years.
• Excellent marketing skills, including strategies to attract potential students (Mandatory skill).
• Proficient in social media advertising platforms and techniques (Mandatory skill).
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and database management.
• Exceptional customer service skills for handling inquiries and guiding prospective students.
• Experience in event planning and execution related to school admissions and outreach programs.
• Previous experience as a school admission officer or similar role will be considered an advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Guide prospective students and their families through the admission process, providing information and assistance as needed.
• Manage and execute marketing campaigns to attract potential students, both online and offline.
• Utilize social media platforms to advertise and promote the school's programs and admission events.
• Coordinate and participate in admission events, open houses, and school tours to showcase the benefits of Podar Education Network.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all admission inquiries and applications.
• Collaborate with the school's administration and faculty to ensure a smooth and effective admission process.
• Assist in developing and implementing admission policies and procedures in alignment with the school's mission and goals.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and concerns from prospective students and their families promptly and professionally.
