Job Description

The Admission Counselor is responsible for guiding prospective students and parents through the admission process, providing accurate information about the institution, academic programs, facilities, and policies. The role includes counseling, lead follow-up, documentation, and ensuring a smooth admission experience.

Key Responsibilities

1️ Student & Parent Counseling

• Provide one-to-one counseling to prospective parents and students.
• Explain course offerings, curriculum, facilities, and school policies.
• Understand parents’ requirements and guide them to suitable programs.

2️ Lead Management

• Handle inquiries received via phone, WhatsApp, walk-ins, social media, and referrals.
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM or admission registers.
• Ensure timely follow-up with interested leads to convert them into admissions.

3️ Admission Process

• Assist parents with form filling, documentation, fee structure details, and admission procedures.
• Schedule and coordinate school visits, orientations, and interactions.
• Maintain admission-related documents and records accurately.

4️ Communication & Coordination

• Coordinate with academic teams, admin, transport, and finance for smooth onboarding.
• Provide regular admission updates to the Admission Manager or Principal.

5️ Reporting & Targets

• Achieve monthly and annual admission targets.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.

6️ Events & Outreach

• Support school events, open houses, parent orientations, and marketing activities.
• Participate in outreach programs like education fairs, school visits, and promotional events.

Required Education Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Preferred: Marketing, Counseling, Psychology, Education).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Master's (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
