Admission Counselor for Edtech Sector (Sales Position) - Mohali & Noida

Interview Process:-

• 2 Rounds (Virtual)

Role Summary:-

As a Business Development Executive, your role will focus on engaging with potential learners, counseling them on suitable career-building courses, and driving course enrollments through effective communication and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
• Pitch relevant courses to prospective students
• Provide course counseling and career guidance
• Follow up with leads and close sales
• Maintain CRM and update records regularly

Required Skills:-

• Strong verbal communication and sales skills
• Ability to pitch products confidently
• Basic understanding of career counseling (preferred)
• Target-driven mindset and willingness to learn

Qualifications:-

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any field
• Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply

Working Days:-

• 6 days a week
• Rotational week off (Sunday )

Salary Details:-

For Freshers:

• ?15,000 ?17,000 per month (fixed)
• Incentives based on performance

For Experienced Candidates:

• ?22,000 ?26,000 per month (negotiable)
• Final offer will depend on interview performance and last 6 months' bank statements
