Admission Counselor

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Admission Counselor to assist prospective students with course information, guide them through the admission process, and help them make informed academic decisions. This role involves counseling, follow-ups, documentation, and ensuring smooth enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to student admission inquiries.
• Counsel students on suitable courses, programs, and career paths based on their profile.
• Provide complete information regarding admission process, eligibility, fees, and documentation.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to ensure conversions.
• Assist students in form filling, registration, and documentation submission.
• Coordinate with academic, support, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain updated records in CRM and report daily activities.
• Meet monthly admission and counseling targets.
• Address student queries about classes, exams, schedules, and course structure.

Skills & Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and counseling ability.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and follow-up cycles.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM).
• Problem-solving and student-centered approach.
• Experience in admission counseling or tele-counseling is an advantage (not mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
