Join our team and contribute to an institution shaping future bureaucrats. We are looking for an enthusiastic and empathetic Counselor to join our Patna team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing academic and career guidance to students, assisting in course selection, and supporting the admissions process. Key Responsibilities: Interact with walk-in students and guide them about courses, schedules, and the UPSC journey Counsel students and parents on academic and career options Assist students in course enrollment and ensure a smooth onboarding experience Follow up with leads generated via phone, email, or social media Maintain proper records of queries, interactions, and admissions Coordinate with the academic team for student feedback and updates Organize orientation sessions, doubt-clearing sessions, and academic events Promote the institution's offerings to potential students through effective communication Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹178,480.64 - ₹200,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Weekend availability Work Location: In person
