Admission Counsellor/Academic counsellor - 7LPA+INC

Responsibilities:

• Guide students through calls, emails, and meetings, helping them choose the right IT courses.
• Convert potential leads into successful enrollments through effective counseling and follow-ups.
• Stay informed about industry trends and collaborate with the sales team to achieve enrollment targets.

Requirements:

• Experience: Freshers or candidates with prior experience in sales, telecalling, or counseling.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (a technical background is preferred but not required).
• Skills: Strong communication and persuasion skills in both English and Hindi.
• IT Knowledge: Basic understanding is an advantage but not mandatory.
