Job Description

1. Admission Counseling

Guide students, working professionals, and parents through program options, eligibility, and admission processes.
Identify learning needs and recommend suitable training programs.
Maintain follow-up with potential candidates through calls, WhatsApp, and email communication.
Convert inquiries into enrollments through persuasive and ethical counseling.

2. Sales & Marketing

Generate and nurture leads through digital and offline channels.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and workshops.
Build corporate relationships for employee training partnerships.
Pitch Trainwell programs to HR managers, learning heads, and institutional clients.
Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.

3. Client & Relationship Management

Maintain CRM records and daily sales reports.
Handle post-enrollment communication and feedback collection.
Develop and sustain strong relationships with corporate clients and training partners.

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
