Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counsellor located in India. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance to students and parents, answering inquiries, assisting with application processes, and following up with prospective applicants. The role also involves providing personalised counseling to help students choose the right educational and career paths, conducting informational sessions, and maintaining accurate records of student interactions and applications. Qualifications Excellent Interpersonal Communication and Customer Service skills Strong Sales and Communication abilities Background in Education and Counseling Ability to work independently and handle a diverse range of student and parent inquiries Bachelor's degree or MBA Experience in educational counseling or customer service is a plus Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi and English is required. Location: Hyderabad, work from office. Salary : As per industry standard. Experience : 0-4 years
