Job Title: Admission Counsellor

Organization: Royale Concorde International School (RCIS)

Location: Chamarajpet

Department: Admissions & Marketing

Reports To: Admissions Manager / Principal

Job Summary:

The Admission Counsellor serves as the first point of contact for prospective parents and students. The role involves guiding families through the admissions process, promoting the school’s academic programs and values, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience from inquiry to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle admission inquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails, and online leads) promptly and professionally.
  • Provide detailed information about the school’s curriculum, facilities, admission procedures, fee structure, and extracurricular programs.
  • Conduct campus tours and coordinate with the administration team for visit scheduling.
  • Maintain and update the admission database (CRM/ERP) with accurate lead and follow-up information.
  • Counsel parents on the best educational options within RCIS based on their child’s needs and interests.
  • Follow up regularly with leads to convert inquiries into admissions.
  • Coordinate entrance assessments, interviews, and documentation for new students.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and field teams to support admission events, open houses, and outreach programs.
  • Achieve monthly and annual admission targets set by the management.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold the institution’s reputation in all parent interactions.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Warm, professional, and persuasive approach in counselling parents.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and customer service mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets during admission seasons.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline; preference for Education, Psychology, or Business).
  • 2–5 years of experience as an Admission Counsellor or Front Office Executive in a reputed school or educational institution.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, 6 days a week (including weekends during peak admission periods).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
