Admission Counsellor

Position: - Academic Counsellor (Sr. & Jr)

Experience: - 0 to 10 Years

Requirement: -

1) Any female candidate with excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi)

2) Graduates/post-graduates with pleasing personality with marketing skills.

3) Basic computer knowledge.

4) Experience patient and approachable personality organizational and time management skill.

5) Good convincing skills & strong inter-personal skills

Responsibilities: -

1)Lead generation, counselling of all walk-ins and effective follow up with the prospects on a regular basis.

2)Calling students through various sources. Counsel prospective applicants on the admission process.

3)Support the students and parents throughout the admission process by answering to their queries and help them complete the required documents.

4)Provide sound information & coordinating with parents after the admission

5)Responsible for operations processes.

6)Achieve targets set by the management participate in educational fairs. Research & development activities telemarketing function.

Enquiry Conversions

1 Handle telephonic prospects and convert it into a walk-in enquiry

2 Counsel walk – in prospects and ensure conversion into budgeted enrolments

3 Actively and aggressively pursue pending enquiries to convert them into enrolments

4 Ensure enrolments happen at no/minimum possible discount

5 Conduct/ coordinate with Marketing Executive to conduct house visits to convert a prospect into an enrolment

6 Deliver promotional presentations and seminars in colleges / institutes

Track Competition

1 Conduct competitor visits regularly and keep track of their activities.

Manage Receivables

1. Collect fees from the students on timely basis

2. Ensure student fee outstanding is nil

Data Management

1. Document and maintain details of both telephonic and walk-in enquiry

2. Maintain instalment register in real time Supervise creation of identity cards for new enrolments before batch commencement.

Operating Environment:

1. Responsibility for meeting enquiry conversion targets at the centre in an environment of increasing competitive intensity.

2. Being the market leader, RAHITECH is constantly under threat from competitors on both price and quality fronts, hence the job-holder should ensure that the RAHITECH Advantage should be communicated effectively to the prospects

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Qualification: - BE / MCA / BCA /MSC /BSC / DIPLOMA/Any Technical Graduate.
