Job Overview:

Ledgergate Academy is looking for energetic and student-oriented Admission Counsellors to guide prospective learners through our course offerings and assist them in making informed enrolment decisions. The role involves counselling, lead management, and maintaining smooth communication with students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Counsel prospective students on course details, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
• Follow up with leads and maintain proper documentation of communications.
• Assist in converting leads into admissions by understanding their needs and providing suitable course recommendations.
• Maintain CRM/lead tracking sheets and update follow-ups regularly.
• Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for smooth onboarding.
• Participate in webinars, virtual guidance sessions, or offline admission events if required.
• Provide post-admission support to ensure a smooth student experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Prior experience in counselling, telecalling, or education sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple leads, follow-ups, and deadlines.
• Strong convincing ability and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with basic computer tools (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, Email).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
