Job Title: Admission Counselor Department: Admissions Reports to: Director of Admissions Summary: The Admission Counselor is responsible for meeting with prospective students and their families to discuss the Institute of Corporate Skill's upskilling programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and be able to build rapport with students and their families. Responsibilities: Meet with prospective students and their families to discuss the Institute's upskilling programs Provide information about the Institute's curriculum, faculty, and facilities Answer questions about the admissions process Assist students with the application process Track and follow up on applications Promote the Institute at college fairs and other events Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build rapport with students and their families Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent organizational and time management skills Benefits: Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals Chance to make a difference in the lives of students Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,688.47 - ₹30,535.19 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Udaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred)
