Job Description

Admission Counselor (Inside Sales)

Salary:

Freshers: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
Experienced: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month
Incentives: Monthly performance-based incentives

Benefits:

Role Overview:
As an Admission Counselor, you will:

Engage with prospective students via calls and emails
Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses
Guide students through the enrollment process
Achieve monthly enrollment.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities
Basic computer proficiency
Prior sales or counseling experience is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
