Role & Responsibilities: As an Admission Counsellor, you'll be the primary guide for prospective students, helping them navigate their educational journey. Your key responsibilities will include: Student Counselling: Provide comprehensive information about university programs, eligibility, fees, and career prospects. Lead Management: Effectively manage and follow up on inquiries received through various channels (calls, emails, walk-ins). Application Assistance: Guide students through the application process, ensuring all necessary documents are submitted accurately. Target Achievement: Work diligently to achieve individual and team-based admission targets. Relationship Building: Build strong rapport with students and parents, acting as a trusted advisor and representative of Infiniito Education. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and timely records of all interactions and admissions in our CRM system. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in counselling, sales, or customer service, preferably in the education sector. Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and empathetic approach. A results-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets. Proficiency in using computers and basic office software.
