Key Responsibilities:*
* Handle student inquiries and provide accurate course & career guidance
* Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions
* Counsel students through calls, walk-ins, and messages
* Maintain proper records of calls, admissions, and follow-ups
* Assist in achieving monthly admission and conversion targets
* Provide detailed information about courses, colleges, eligibility, and admission processes
Candidate Requirements:*
* Minimum *6 months of relevant experience* in admission counseling
* Strong communication and convincing skills
* Confident, presentable, and goal-oriented
* Ability to manage multiple student queries efficiently
* Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM preferred)
