About the Role

We are looking for a well-spoken, dynamic, and organised Admission Counsellor cum Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and guide prospective students/parents through the admission process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdmission Counselling

• Handle enquiries from students and parents regarding the admission process, courses, and eligibility.
• Counsel walk-ins, phone enquiries, and online leads to convert them into admissions.
• Maintain admission records, follow-up logs, and enquiry reports.
• Guide parents/students through documentation and onboarding procedures.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for admission-related activities.

Reception & Front Desk Management

• Greet visitors, parents, and students with professionalism and courtesy.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages.
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure smooth flow of front-office operations.
• Handle basic administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing files, and updating registers.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy, welcoming, and presentable at all times.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills (English + local language preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
• Good computer skills (MS Office, email, basic data entry).
• Organised, proactive, and able to multitask.
• Pleasant personality and professional behaviour.
