Admission Counsellor

About the Role:

Cosmetica India Academy, one of India’s most trusted institutes in cosmetology, dental, and aesthetic training, is looking for a motivated Admission Counselor to join our Delhi team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students, managing admissions, and achieving enrollment targets through effective communication and counseling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on various courses such as Cosmetology, Dental Aesthetics, Diet & Nutrition.
• Conduct face-to-face, telephonic, and virtual counseling sessions with prospective students.
• Handle walk-in and online inquiries efficiently.
• Assist students throughout the admission process — application, documentation, and fee submission.
• Explain course details, curriculum, and career opportunities clearly to students.
• Meet and exceed monthly admission/enrollment targets.
• Follow up on leads generated through websites, advertisements, and referrals.
• Maintain student records using CRM software and update the database regularly.
• Coordinate with faculty to monitor student progress and attendance.
• Provide career counseling and guidance on job opportunities in the cosmetology and aesthetic industry.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on leads, walk-ins, and enrollments.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for promotional activities and workshops.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & regional languages).
• Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation.
• Sales-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office & CRM tools.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under deadlines.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience:

• 0–2 years in academic counseling, sales, or education sector.
• Freshers with excellent communication and enthusiasm to learn are also welcome.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
