Job Description – Part-Time Counsellor (Incentive Basis) Position: Part-Time Counsellor (Work-from-Home) Mode: Incentive-based (Payment linked to successful conversions only) Industry: Education & Training Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming student/parent inquiries and provide course information. Guide prospective learners through course details, benefits, and career outcomes. Build rapport with leads and address doubts/questions promptly. Follow up with leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails to encourage enrolment. Convert leads into confirmed admissions. Maintain a simple record of calls and conversions. Eligibility / Requirements: Graduate (any stream); preference for candidates with prior counselling/tele-calling/sales experience in education sector. Strong communication & persuasive skills (English/Hindi or regional language). Self-motivated and target-driven mindset. Ability to work flexibly (4-5 hours/day, part-time). Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting. Incentive Structure: Fixed incentive per confirmed admission (amount to be discussed during onboarding). Additional performance-based rewards/bonuses may be provided. Work Type: Part-time, work-from-home with flexible hours. Purely incentive-based (no fixed salary).
