The Job Roles 1. To advertise for prospective students through various media as prescribed by the management 2. Assess the eligibility of students based on the set admissions criteria 3. Guide prospective students and their parents through the admission process 4. Support students to make informed decisions about their future academic path based on their interest, aptitude, and performance 5. Arrange speakers and experts from various professions for career development 6. Maintain counselling records, student progress and profiles. THE PERSON Must have ... 1. A postgraduate in Psychology or Social work 2. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in admissions and student counselling (or) 3. As an experienced teacher skilled in guiding and counselling students on their future studies and college program choices 4. A good knowledge of all the quality colleges and the best courses offered in that region 5. Should demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility to support students in reaching their highest potential 6. Ability to organise, multi task and meet deadlines 7. Must be able to work with multi-disciplinary teams 8.
