Admission Advisor

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Admission Advisor to guide prospective learners, understand their academic interests, and help them choose the right program. The role involves student counseling, inquiry handling, consistent follow-ups, and achieving monthly enrollment targets.
A short self-introduction video is mandatory for all applicants.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with prospective students and recommend suitable programs based on their academic goals and career plans
• Convert inquiries into admissions by clearly explaining program features, benefits, and the enrollment process
• Achieve monthly counseling and admission targets
• Communicate with students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual sessions
• Maintain timely follow-ups to maximize conversions
• Update all student interactions, records, and progress accurately in the CRM
• Coordinate with marketing, academic, and support teams to ensure a smooth admission journey

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions, academic counseling, or sales
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand student needs and provide the right guidance
• Target-driven, disciplined, and strong in follow-ups
• Proficiency with CRM tools and digital communication platforms
• Mandatory: Submission of a short self-introduction video

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
