Job Description

Role Overview: As an Administrator Travel and Expense Management at our implant office at the European Central Bank in Frankfurt, you will be responsible for efficiently managing travel and expense processes. This is a talent pool position where successful candidates will be placed on a reserve list for future opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare travel expense claims accurately and in a timely manner - Review and make necessary corrections to expense claims according to the Travel Policy - Handle administrative tasks related to expense claims and collaborate with the ECB travel team in Eschborn - Serve as the primary contact for client requests and inquiries Qualifications: - Completion of a commercial training (apprenticeship) with prior work experience - Service-oriented individual with a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit - Proficient in English with good knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with SAP and experience in travel expense claims are advantageous - Possess good manners and represent CWT in a positive light Additional Company Details: Sabine Fanc, Office Manager Traveler Services, will be overseeing the administrative aspects of travel and expense management at the European Central Bank in Frankfurt.,
