Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to resolve, maintain and manage clients software/ hardware/ network based on the service requests raised from the end-user as per the defined SLAs ensuring client satisfaction

Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement GitOps-based CI/CD strategies.
• Deploy the GitLab /Azure DevOps platform on-premises and Cloud, ensuring architectural standards, customer experience, and operational resilience.
• Design, implement, and manage Azure Landing Zone environments for multi-account Azure Organization.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using

  Terraform modules

  to manage scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Deep understanding in build and implement new pipeline from scratch for customer needs
• Build, maintain, and optimize

  GitLab CI/CD pipelines

  for automated infrastructure deployment.
• Implement

  cross-account IAM roles

  , SCPs, and service control policies for secure multi-account governance and implementing AssetNote Integration in Azure cross account.
• Collaborate with security and application teams to enforce compliance across accounts.
• Design VNETs, Key vaults, Storage, NSG, VMs, RBACs, Policies/Gaurdrails and azure monitoring, private link integrations as part of Landing Zone setup.
• Handle modular Terraform structures with shared state management and Gitlab principles.
• Troubleshoot deployment failures and optimize pipeline performance across environments (dev/test/prod).

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience with

  Azure Landing Zone, and Azure Tenant services setup

  .
• Strong working knowledge in Azure cloud provider and provisioner (any one Cloud)
• Proficiency in

  Terraform

  (modular structure, remote state, workspaces).
• Experience in

  CI/CD automation

  using

  Azure DevOps/GitLab Pipelines

  .Having in depth knowledge on Azure certificates provision through Terraform modules.
• Having in depth knowledge on terraform module development, preferably Azure cloud (add on advantage Azure cloud)
• Having hands-on experience in GitLab administration and GitLab project management.
• Knowledge of Git, branching strategies, and Infrastructure versioning (GitLab).
• Strong Azure services knowledge: VNETs, Key vaults, Storage, VMs, RBACs, Policies/Guardrails and azure monitoring, etc.
• Hands-on experience with logging, monitoring, cost governance, and tagging strategies.
• Familiarity with JSON/YAML templates, Python/Shell scripting (nice to have).

Preferred Certifications:

• Azure Certified Solutions Architect Associate or Professional
• Terraform Associate (HashiCorp Certified)
