As a CyberArk PAM Administrator at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, specifically focusing on CyberArk and Alero. Your responsibilities will include creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting PAM systems to ensure optimal security and seamless remote access for privileged users. Key Responsibilities: - Create, manage, and maintain CyberArk accounts and safes based on business and security requirements. - Ensure proper access control policies are implemented and adhered to. - Manage and provision Alero accounts for remote users, including secure onboarding and access configuration. - Provide support for troubleshooting Alero remote access issues to ensure uninterrupted access. - Perform regular health checks on CyberArk PSM and PSMP components to ensure functionality and compliance with best practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PSM (Privileged Session Manager) and PSMP (Privileged Session Manager Proxy). - Provide support for privileged account lifecycle management, including password rotations and policy updates. - Investigate and resolve account-related issues promptly to reduce downtime and security risks. - Collaborate with the team to monitor privileged activity using CyberArk PTA. - Assist in analyzing PTA alerts and reports, helping to identify and mitigate potential threats. Qualifications: Required: - 12 years of experience working with CyberArk PAM solutions, including CyberArk CorePAS and Alero. - Basic understanding of privileged access security concepts and best practices. - Experience in account creation, remote access support, and troubleshooting within CyberArk and Alero environments. - Familiarity with CyberArk PSM and PSMP components, including health checks and diagnostics. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-oriented mindset. Preferred/Additional Plus: - CyberArk certifications (e.g., CyberArk Defender, CyberArk Sentry, or Alero-specific certifications). Please note that the job location is in India - Bengaluru.
