Administrator - Identity Access Management

Position Purpose

To provide a centralized IT Security access control for application user accounts setup and eventually expanding this responsibility to cover setting up operating system accesses. This role will ensure that all user accesses are set up in a timely fashion and accuracy is required. In addition, in order to make sure that all user/system accounts are well managed and monitored.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

• Responsible to work on access provisioning requests related to account creation, modification, deletion, password resets and account unlock on business applications.
• Responsible to work on access provisioning requests on infrastructure resources like SecurID, workstation peripheral devices, OS level account management etc.
• Responsible to manage User Access Modifications triggered due to employee movement within or outside the bank.
• Whenever required, responsible for contacting overseas application account administration teams
• Solving and consulting with users for daily access control operational tasks / questions
• Take a leading role in cleaning up and periodic access review projects
• To contribute to IT quality and process improvement generally

Contributing Responsibilities

• Responsible for setting up user's application accounts
• Assisting on reconciliations of all application user accounts
• Responsible for creating monthly list of user accounts for IT Security monthly monitoring report
• Ensure all accounts in the actual database should match the number of approved accounts in the request authorization system
• Coordinating and operating of IT Security access control procedures in accordance with the global security and local regulation requirements
• Investigation and report of any security incidents mainly on access control to management and following-up of detected security exceptions and containment
• Communicating with users and IT staff for any troubleshoot on the accounts being created
• Making monthly user/system accounts reports to management

Participating in daily user account access control tasks such as business applications/OS user administration, Windows shared directories, etc
