Job Description

Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and act as a point of contact for internal and external parties. Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Organization: Create and maintain organized and confidential filing systems, both physical and digital. Document preparation: Draft and edit correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations; perform data entry and transcribe meeting minutes. Office management: Order and maintain office supplies, ensure office equipment is functioning, and manage vendor relationships.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
