Administrative Office Assistant

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting transactions and store operations, which include inventory control, documentation, and coordination with suppliers. Your primary goal will be to ensure accurate financial records, stock reports, and a smooth flow of materials to support company operations. In terms of accounting, you will be required to record daily financial transactions, maintain ledgers, prepare and update purchase, sales, and expense records, as well as prepare monthly financial and stock reports for management. As for storekeeping duties, you will need to receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials, maintain proper stock storage, labeling, and organization, issue materials as per requisition, update inventory records, monitor stock levels, and prepare purchase requests when necessary. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting periodic stock audits and reconciling any discrepancies that may arise. To excel in this role, you should possess knowledge of accounting principles and inventory management, proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, or similar accounting software, strong organizational and documentation skills, attention to detail, accuracy in work, as well as good communication and coordination skills. The ideal candidate for this position would hold a Diploma or Graduate degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
