Job Description

Job Purpose

Responsible for the smooth functioning of the company canteen and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks to support the operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily canteen operations, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and timely meal service.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for stock management and inventory.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Address feedback from employees regarding canteen services.
  • Assist in handling office supplies, maintenance, and other small purchases.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree in any field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in administrative or facility management roles (freshers can also apply).
  • Driving license
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email communication).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be reliable, responsible, and proactive in handling day-to-day tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
