Job Description

  • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining files and records with a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal departments or external clients.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take accurate messages, and handle incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Draft and send professional emails and communications on behalf of the executive.
  • Attend meetings, take detailed minutes, and distribute action items to relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, including venue booking, catering, and material preparation.
  • Assist in making travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
