Job Description

As a Calendar and Events Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize events. You will act as a point of contact, screening calls and emails, and make travel, transport, and accommodation arrangements. Your role will also involve preparing and proofreading documents, reports, and presentations, as well as maintaining organized filing and database systems. Additionally, you will handle and file business and travel expenses, conduct research, and provide summaries as needed. Qualifications Required: - Preferably a fresh graduate with 1 year of relevant experience - Must be fluent in English - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel The salary range for this position is between 20,000 to 22,000. As part of the benefits package, you will receive health insurance and Provident Fund. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position and fresher candidates are welcome to apply. The work location for this role is in person.,
