Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Autoglobe team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day administrative functions, with a strong emphasis on Excel skills, policy issuance, policy authorization, and effective email communication.
**Key Responsibilities: **
- Proficiently use Microsoft Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets, charts, and reports.
- Perform data entry, analysis, and ensure data accuracy.
- Issuance of policies by following established guidelines and procedures.
- Maintain accurate policy records and documentation.
- Review policy authorization requests and documentation for completeness and compliance with
company policies.
- Work closely with team members to ensure timely authorization.
- Effectively and professionally communicate through email with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain and organize records, documents, and files in a systematic manner.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
**Location and Working Conditions: **
- This position is based in Kerala
