Job Description

1) Responsible for Coordinate, Manage and organise client documents. 2) Achieve excellence through meeting deadlines of completing the filing process.3) Consult clients and resolve problems with documentation.4) Maintain client records and accurately input information in the system for clients.5) Prepare immigration applications and communicate requirements to clients6) Answer clients' questions professionally and assist them throughout their process of Immigration.7) Proactively anticipate documentation issues and address when case specific issues arise.
