Roles and Responsibilities Manage office administration tasks, including front desk operations, receptionist duties, and clerical work. Provide administrative assistance to senior staff members as needed. Maintain accurate records and files for the organization's projects and activities. Coordinate travel bookings, purchase orders, and petty cash management. Perform various secretarial activities such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role or related field (front office/office administration). Strong skills in computer operating systems (MS Office) with proficiency in English language. Ability to manage petty cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
