Administration Assistant

Job Summary

Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, with a focus on overseeing civil and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) administrative operations. Youll coordinate closely across departments to ensure projectslike clinic expansions or lab installationsrun smoothly both administratively and technically.

Key Responsibilities

Civil & MEP Coordination

• Schedule and support site visits, ensuring smooth communication between civil/MEP teams and leadership
• Track progress, compile updates, and prepare documentation from engineering or project teams
• Assist with requisitions, vendor coordination, and invoice follow-ups for civil and MEP supplies
• Oversee office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships for optimal stock and service levels Stryker Careers
• Support event logistics such as facility tours, inspections, or stakeholder visits TalloStryker Careers
• Act as a liaison with contractors, engineers, vendors, and internal teams to maintain momentum and alignment
• Facilitate scheduling and follow-ups for meetings involving clinics, labs, or diagnostic infrastructure stakeholders
• Track project milestones, budgets, and procurements; support your executive in reviewing and presenting updates
• Help maintain compliance documentation, safety logs, permits, and quality records

CTC offered: 5-6LPA

Experience required: 2-3 years
