Job Description

1. Advanced Excel & Data Management

Prepare and maintain reports using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reports, etc.).
Manage RTV (Return to Vendor) and IST (Inter Store Transfer) data and documentation.
Upload stock data accurately and ensure regular updates in the system.

2. Digital Communication & Marketing

Handle WhatsApp business communication and manage mass messaging campaigns.
Coordinate LED screen content and manage display schedules for promotions.
Support digital marketing and event promotion activities.

3. Printing & Branding Support

Coordinate the design and printing of standees, vouchers, and promotional materials.
Work with vendors for printing, branding materials, and ensure timely delivery.

4. Event Management Assistance

Assist in organizing and managing events, including setup, logistics, and coordination.
Manage LED screens, branding materials, and event-related communication.

5. Website & Online Operations

Handle website updates such as product uploads, banner management, and content changes.
Coordinate with IT or web teams for website maintenance and improvements.

6. Coordination & Reporting

Maintain communication with internal departments and external vendors.
Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
