This position supports internal users of the many applications at Empower. The position ensures user ID
provisioning/de-provisioning satisfies system and business requirements, provides on-going operational support,
and ensures access is consistent with information security policies. The position maintains access rights, access
restrictions, account profiles, and adheres to timely processing requirement to meet service level agreements.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:·

Provision/de-provision user ID access.·

Trouble shoots basic access issues.·

Quality Control check work being completed.·

Adhere to established time standards and maintain standard productivity and quality levels.·

Process and manage work coming in through all channels including tickets, emails, phone calls, etc.·

Ability to cross-train and perform tasks across both internal & external provisioning teams.

Other duties as assigned.
