Admin - Receptionist

As a Receptionist-Admin at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing front desk duties efficiently and warmly. Your friendly personality and sharp sense of responsibility will be key as you will be the first point of contact for visitors, candidates, and vendors. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist walk-in guests, candidates, and vendors - Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately - Manage document printing, scanning, and basic admin tasks - Coordinate with housekeeping and pantry staff to maintain cleanliness and the availability of supplies - Ensure the reception and waiting area are always tidy and presentable - Support HR/admin teams during office events or candidate interviews - Maintain visitor logs and security protocols as required Requirements: - Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role (minimum 2-3 years) - Good communication skills in Marathi, English, Hindi - Proficiency with basic office equipment (printer, scanner, phone system) - Organised, punctual, and professional in appearance and behaviour - A positive attitude and the ability to multitask smoothly What We Offer: - Supportive team and growth-friendly culture - Fixed working hours - Competitive monthly salary The work location for this position is Marol-Maroshi Road.
