Job Description

We are looking for an Admin & Operations Intern to assist with managing orders, handling customer support, booking appointments, and maintaining our Shopify website. Responsibilities: Process and manage orders for our physical products. Handle customer inquiries and support via email, calls and chat (order updates, refunds, service-related queries). Maintain and update our Shopify website (product listings, inventory, and order tracking). Book and manage appointments for online services (Tarot readings, Angelic healing, Coaching sessions,etc). Coordinate with clients and send reminders for scheduled sessions. Assist in general administrative tasks related to daily operations. Requirements: Strong organizational and communication skills [English & Hindi]. Basic knowledge of Shopify (or willingness to learn) and Excel. Experience with customer service and appointment scheduling is a plus. Ability to multitask and work independently. Interest in e-commerce, spiritual healing, and service-based businesses.
