JOB DESCRPTION:

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily administrative operations of the hospital.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery.
• Manage front office operations, reception staff, and patient queries.
• Handle documentation, record keeping, and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Assist in staff scheduling, duty rosters, and HR coordination.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards across the hospital premises.
• Monitor inventory of office and medical supplies and ensure timely replenishment.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote hospital services and specialties.
• Develop and manage social media content, website updates, and digital campaigns.
• Coordinate with doctors and departments for community outreach programs and health camps.
• Build partnerships with local clinics, corporates, schools, and other institutions.
• Track and report on marketing performance and patient acquisition metrics.
• Manage branding materials like brochures, banners, and signage.
• Monitor patient feedback and reviews on online platforms and take corrective actions if needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
