Admin Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate daily infra maintenance activities to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.

- Oversee transportation logistics, including scheduling, route planning, and coordination with transport providers to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods and personnel.

- Handle vendor management duties such as onboarding, performance evaluation, contract renewal, and communication with service providers.

- Perform accurate and consistent data entry tasks, including updating records in internal systems and government portals such as the UDISE portal and DEO paperwork.

- Ensure compliance with documentation and reporting requirements for both administrative and operational workflows.

- Maintain organized and up -to -date records for all administrative functions, supporting efficient decision -making and audit readiness.

Job Requirements

- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant administrative experience in a structured environment.

- Strong proficiency in data entry and management of administrative records.

- Solid understanding of infrastructure maintenance and transportation operations.

- Proven experience in vendor relationship management and contract coordination.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Familiarity with government or educational administrative systems such as UDISE and DEO portals is preferred.
