Job Description

Al Salama School of Safety Studies is hiring a responsible and organized Admin Executive to handle daily administrative operations and support office and academic activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office administration
  • Handle student inquiries, admissions, and documentation
  • Maintain records, files, attendance, and reports
  • Coordinate with faculty, HR, and management
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and office correspondence
  • Support training schedules, exams, and certifications
  • Prepare official letters and documents
  • Ensure smooth office workflow and discipline

Requirements

  • Graduation (any stream preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in admin / office administration
  • Good communication skills (English & Malayalam)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Preferred Skills

Experience in an educational or training institute

Professional attitude and teamwork skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
