Admin Executive

Job description:

Abhi Vairavans Plumbing Co is located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. We are retailing and whole selling of Sanitary wares, Tiles, Plumbing materials and Bathroom fittings.

We are looking candidates for the post of *Admin Executive* in Chennai with an experience of 1 to 5 years.

*Job description:*

• Act as the point of contact between the managing director and internal/external clients.
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
• Handle requests and queries appropriately
• Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
• Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
• Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
• Take dictation and minutes.
• Ordering office supplies and replacements, as well as managing mail and courier services.
• Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes.
• Devise and maintain office filing system.
• Payment follow up and credit limit for customers
• Daily follow up with client until work done
• Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required.

*Skills:*

• Proven work experience as a Admin or Personal Assistant
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• MS Office and English proficiency
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion and confidentiality.
• Candidates near Kodambakkam location will be an added advantage.
